Properties: Sodium benzoate is one of the food preservatives, which widely used in the world. It is divided into 3 types as white crystalline powder, granule or column. Soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol and stable chemical characters.
Usage: It is excellent food antiseptic for food and beverage, such as soy, jam, soft drink, or used as antiseptic of drug and daily goods, such as toothpaste, paste, adhesive, etc. It can be used as metal corrosive inhibitor, antioxidant, antirust paper, cutting liquid, antifreeze liquid, or used as mother liquor and coating, it also can be used in feed, or organic chemicals.
